Recruit Climate Crisis Managers

In the first months of 2020, the Covid-19 agenda, which left everyone helpless with Corona all over the world, evolved into “chaos” while it was a crisis. On the one hand, steps are being taken regarding normalization (whatever it means) and on the other hand, a discourse such as “continuing from where we left off” with opening policies is at the top of the agenda. But the dust cloud has not dissipated. Experts say that there is at least another year to clarify the usefulness of vaccines. In the treatment of Covid-19, the situation is even worse. There is no treatment recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and agreed upon by scientists. So, to make a long story short, we will try to find our way and direction in a chaotic environment for a longer period of time.

But the real agenda is the climate crisis! All over the world; it is polling with drought, heat, melting glaciers and disasters that are the outcomes of the natural balance. It reminds us that the system that mankind has built as civilization is actually something that has nothing to do with civilization. First of all, we were waiting for the states to intervene in the issue and we were waiting for something to be done at the doors of the classrooms, like the students waiting for the recess bell to ring. But there is nothing concrete!

Companies urgently need to create “climate crisis cadres” in their corporate structures so that they can at least breathe a little about the sustainability of their current business!

Climate crisis managers will have to focus on climate stakeholders instead of traditional ones. The agenda that will give “adjustment” to politics and public regulatory institutions will be formed there. What shall we say; “Welcome to life in politics, trade, mucilage to the global agenda”!
